I started teaching in 1988 and here I am today….a retired teacher. Who would have guessed? I taught Social Studies for the last 18 years of my career. My first 17 years I taught Special Education. I enjoyed teaching students with learning challenges. But changing my teaching position provided me with amazing teacher travel experiences.
Check out my travel journals listed above. Now that I am retired my plan is to travel often and to places I have never been. My goal is to visit all seven continents. I have now visited 4 continents.
